About

Background on Me:

I grew up as a multi-sport athlete and during high school started concentrating on volleyball, which I decided to pursue in college. After playing for one year, I decided to take my efforts on a different path and dedicated myself to my Business Management degree while still keeping an active lifestyle. After graduating from Concordia University Texas in Austin in December 2013, I took my fitness career to the next level and started training for my first NPC Bikini competition which took place on April 12, 2014, and I have competed in two since then, one in October of 2014 and another in June of 2015.

Since then, I have gotten certified as an ACE Personal Trainer and now work at Austin Simply Fit on South Lamar as a trainer and as the Event Coordinator. Since joining Austin Simply Fit, I have also competed in two powerlifting meets and hold the RPS State Record in Squat and Bench for the Female 132lb weight class.

Bodies by Bode:

Because of the confidence and strength I have found in dedicating myself to living a healthy and active lifestyle, I have been encouraged to help others do the same. With Bodies by Bode, we can take your fitness to the next level, whatever that may be for yourself. What I always want to assure people of is that in their fitness journeys, they are not working to create a new self but rather to improve on their existing self. Bodies by
